Welcome to Villa Paradise: a 5 bedrooms holiday home in Tenerife with 3 extra Studios

The villa comprises at the pool level of the living room with 4 sofas, which accommodates comfortably up to 8 guests and have Sat-TV for your entertainment. Beside there is the dining corner for 6 guests and a fully fitted modern kitchen. Just outside there is the BBQ area with a big table, which can accommodate all your party size. In the back of the living room there is a queen size bedroom with own bathroom in-suite. Next to the kitchen, there is the laundry area with the washing machine. On the 2nd floor, you find 4 extra bedrooms, 3 with queen size bed and one with twin beds. One of the queen size bedrooms has its own shower/WC, otherwise the other bedrooms share a common bathroom. Below the pool area there are 3 extra independent studios, each one with queen size bed, kitchen and shower/WC. Each studio is sold extra as a minimum cost of 2 guests. The 3 Studio apartments are only available to book with the villa iself and cannot be booked seperately. Our holiday villa is situated in Callao Salvaje, where statistically are more hours of sunlight per day than any other areas in Tenerife. Your can walk to the main area of hotels, bars, banks, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors, supermarkets etc. There is also a local money exchange and excursion shop. The resort is just at 10 minutes drive from the busy Playa de Las Americas and Los Cristianos. The resort does have some late night bars with plenty of entertainment, and is also well known for some exquisite restaurants some in true Canarian fashion. There are a handful of local hotels nearby. Taxis are easily available for those wishing to venture out, as the nearby rank is just few minutes walk away. The local beach itself is half sand half pebble with many rocks and a jetty that is ideal for fishing, snorkeling etc. The beaches of Fañabe and El Duque (where the famous hotel is located) are only at few minutes drive away.

This stunning holiday villa is a must for a larger group who may come to Tenerife to play golf, for a workshop*, video or fashion photo shooting, and of course just families who want relax: yes because this holiday villa is very child friendly having a huge play room downstairs! Sleeps maximum 10 people in the villa, plus 6 in the extra studios. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area.

For your private holiday, enjoy the sea view, the big pool and the large Jacuzzi, which is heated for your extra comfort. In the evening have a drink watching the sunset on the island of La Gomera and start your BBQ. At walking distance you can also shop for groceries, however a rental car is recommended!
