Our villa is a waterfront property with a very wide water view. It is three stories high and it stand 35 feet tall so the view from the third floor (master bedroom) is absolutely gorgeous and breathtaking; its romantic sunrise/sunsets are unforgettable. On the third floor you find the master king size bedroom with its HUGE bathroom which has a professional whirlpool spa, the large shower, a double sink, a very, very large walk-in closet and a separate area with its private door for the toilet and the bidet. Next to the master bedroom, separated by just a door there is another twin beds bedroom with its full bath which also has a walk-in closet, a sink a shower and a toilet. Both bedrooms have a wrap-around balcony to enjoy the wonderful view. For your convenience, there is a small refrigerator just outside the master bedroom. The second floor is the main house and it also has a wrap-around balcony which you could access through the kitchen/breakfast nook area, the formal dining room, the living room and a very large twin beds bedroom with full bath and whirlpool spa, a shower, a sink, a separate area with its toilet and bidet and a walk-in closet. On this floor we also have a laundry room and a guest 1/2 bath. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and it has a cooking island with a Jenn-air. This island is positioned in a way that you have a beautiful water view while cooking and it also allows you to entertain your family and/or friends while cooking.

Near Neaples, on the Mexican gulf of Florida, you find a small yet charming islandwith beautiful white beaches connected to the main land with 2 huge bridges: Marco Island. There, Villa La Mansion is luxury at its best! Newly built in 1999. The home has a huge lanai with oversized heated pool & waterfall spa. Wraparound balconies; sundeck with spectacular waterview on top floor, 35 feet high. Top of the line gourmet kitchen w/breakfast nook & Jenn-air. Total of 5 bedrooms + den including 4 master bedrooms with full baths, 2 with hot tubs. Great for 2 or more families or couples. Private Guest Suite with private entrance on first floor.

Prices for 2 people - additional adult +25$/day, kids 3-14 years old +15$/day, babies 20$ for cot. - During children school holiday a supplement of 40% is applied for one week stay, and only 20% for 2 weeks stay. Home Set Up & Final Cleaning = one extra day
