In bad weather you can move your guests to the Villa's large sitting room within a few minutes without interrupting your enjoyment. Villa Fiore can accommodate up to 22 people: 14 in the main Villa and 8 in the guesthouse. The Villa contains 7 spacious double bedrooms each with en suite bathroom, a sitting- room, large kitchen and separate dining room. The sitting room and kitchen give directly on to the terrace. This large holiday villa in Italy disposes of TV Sat, HI-FI, Internet connection, laundry, dishwasher, fridge with ice dispenser, microwave, stove multifunctional, barbecue, outdoor facilities, central heating and even a pianoforte! The following services can be offered on request: domestic help, kitchen service, baby-sitting and catering for parties. This fine vacation home in the hearth of Italy, is an ideal destination also for photo shooting, video productions, advertising and workshops.

Villa Fiore is situated in the midst of beautiful rolling hills looking towards the well-known medieval town of Todi. It stands in attractive grounds from which there are breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, whether it is the famous dome of “Santa Maria della Consolazione” by Bramante or some of the castles and fortresses, which remind us of this area's rich history already known to the Etruscans and Romans. Villa Fiore was originally an important Patrician Villa and among one of the most beautiful properties in the area. One of its special features is the immense terrace on the first floor, which is ideal for dining with friends, memorable parties and barbecues. From the old oven you reach the large pool area (the pool is 20 x 10 meters).

Price up to 4 people - additional adult +20 € per day, kids 3-14 years old +10 € per day, babies 20 € once for cot. - During children school holiday a supplement of 50% is applied for one week stay, and only 30% for 2 weeks stay. Home setup & final cleaning = 1 extra day cost. - Minimum stay: one week
