In our holiday home you find a large lounge, comfortable leather suite, Sat TV, contemporary wood-burning stove, French doors leading to sun terraces, a modern well equipped kitchen with gas/electric range, fridge freezer with ice-maker, wine cooling fridge and dishwasher, a large dining room with solid oak furniture. French windows overlook the front garden. There are 2 double bedrooms with en-suite facilities on first floor, one double bedroom, one twin-room and one single bedroom on ground floor. Sleeps 9 adults comfortably. A cot / fold-up bedavailable for children sharing with parents. There is also a family bathroom with bath and shower on the ground floor.. Outside you find 1 acre front and side gardens with private courtyards, 4 acres of Cornish countryside and fields, a private Jacuzzi in it's own building with hot & cold shower, a large koi-lake with streams accessed by granite bridge and Chinese bridge, a summer house over looking the lake a private spring water supply (delicious. where the name come from) and finally an ample parking for many vehicles.

Silver Springs is a modern 5 bedroom detached vacation home set in 5 acres of beautiful Cornish countryside. The private gardens with streams and lake make for a very peaceful and tranquil holiday. You can enjoy out door BBQ by the granite table on the sunbathing terraces. There is a splendid hot tub set in its own private building with hot and cold shower in the private courtyard. The owners are on hand in Spring Lodge situated within the grounds and are available for advice, maintenance etc. This area is in one of the most beautiful in Cornwall is just 5 miles from Falmouth and close to the Helford River and the Lizard Peninsular. There are many attractions within a short drive eg. Gweek Seal Sanctuary, Flambards Theme Park, Kynance cove, St Michaels Mount, Lands End, The Eden Project, and of course numerous beautiful beaches and nice pubs you find in the area.
