1. Please provide the 50 US$/person cash to cover your security deposit. Any damage to property or contents should be reported immediately.

2. We strongly advise you to drink only bottled water. Use only wooden ore plastic spoons on cookware.

3. Don't let children run in the pool area when wet and watch them at all times!

4. Please pay careful attention to floors: any stains should be removed immediately using plain water only.

5. Put garbage in closed bags and dispose it in the containers at the community's entrance.

6. Please turn off lights when not required (we all want to help the environment). leave TV and satellite receiver(s) on standby overnight, as they tend to overheat: you may be asked to pay for repairs in the event this happens. Put only toilet paper down the WC. and check it does not run constantly.

7. If you'd like to smoke, please do it outside!

8. Check the water level in the pool is about half the height of the skimmer (let us know if it is not). Use the pool cover anytime you don't swim as it will dramatically improve the pool temperature. take only plastic glasses to the poolside and please don't use oily suntan lotions in the home or pool as they affect both fabrics and the pool filter.

9. Please be careful to remove beach sand before entering the house.

10. Security is vitally important. When you leave the home lock everything up, don't leave the keys inside the door (sounds silly but it happens!) and put on the alarm if available: insurances don't pay if all security features are not used!!

11. Please respect the home (leave it as you found it), wash towels on an ongoing basis in order that there is only one set soiled on your departure. and finally keep the noise down in the garden for the neighbours but have fun!

12. Check-in is 4:00 to 7:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. If you need extra time to check-out let us know as early as possible and we'll do all we can to assist you.
