How do I calculate the daily price of rental home?

Prices are in US$, but for all homes in Europe we take a 0.90 exchange rate to the € currency. Prices are for 2 or 4 people and you have to ad $25 for each extra adult and $15 for kids 3-14 years old. Babies pay only once $25 for the crib. Home set-up & final cleaning = 1 extra day. Evt. Pool heating may be extra, as well a children holiday supplement (10 to 100%)

There are other cost involved?

Prices are for a minimum stay of 1 week, except at Xmas - New Year where a supplement up to 100% is applied depending from the holiday villa and often for minimum 2 weeks stay. All cleaning and towels are included in price.

May we book a villa only for a week-end?

No, the minimal stay is one week: set up costs for a villa are so high that are calculated for a minimum stay of one week. However exception can be made, with at least one other extra day supplement.

How can I pay the reservation? What's about refund?

At reservation we take 100% from your VISA (no other credit cards) not refundable (we strongly advise you to make a private travel insurance!), or we accept bank transfer (details will be emailed to you). Remember also to ad 50 $/person for security deposit at arrival.

When are dates availabe ?

Please use the enquire form you find by each holiday home you are interested. Check-in is usually in the afternoon and check-out at 10:00 AM. We try to help you regarding leaving your baggages extra time.

Do you offer some extra services?

Basic maid service is included once a week (minimum stay 2 weeks). If you wish extra maid service as well cook or babysitting ask us in advance and you will pay locally on a hour basis. The cost may vary from Country to Country, but usually is about 10$/h/person. We can be more specific at your reservation. Some homes have daily maid service included in price!
