There are two further air-conditioned bedrooms a double and a twin, they share the second bathroom. Outside there are many sea view patio areas furnished for al fresco and BBQ dining. Steps lead up to the heated swimming pool with stunning sea and mountain views, surrounded by flowerbeds and sun bathing areas with 6 teak sun loungers. The perfect place to relax! Deia is situated on Mallorca's North West Coast, about 35 minutes drive from Palma Airport. The pretty village of Valldemossa is 10 km south of Deia, whilst Soller with its quaint tram running through the town down to the port, is 10 km to the north. The village of Deia is unique with a natural beauty and charm unchanged by time. Surrounded by olive and citrus groves, the area has attracted artists and romantics for many years; the poet Robert Graves, and many celebrities to this day, including Andrew Lloyd Webber, Richard Branson and Michael Douglas. There are many restaurants and bars to choose from, including 'El Olivo' at the famous La Residencia Hotel in the centre of the village. Cala Deia is a small unspoilt cove within walking distance of the house, about 5 minutes by car. Ideal for swimming, and with its rustic fish restaurant perched on the cliff overlooking the bay, perfect for a relaxed lunch. Deia is a self contained world, once there you feel little inclination to leave!

Built in 2000, this unique Mallorcan style house with exposed beams and open log fireplace, is set in an idyllic, elevated location, with spectacular sea and mountain views, yet within walking distance of the centre of Deia. The accommodation has been beautifully furnished to a very high standard, comprising open plan lounge dining room with satellite sky tv, cloakroom, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, separate utility with Miele washing machine and dryer. The air-conditioned master suite occupies the entire top floor with super king four poster bed, en-suite dressing area, luxury bathroom and private patio.

Prices for 2 people - additional adult +25$/20? per day, kids 3-14 years old +15$/10? per day, babies 20$/? once for cot. - During children school holiday a supplement of 20% is applied for one week stay, and only 10% for 2 weeks stay. Home setup & final cleaning = 1 extra day cost.
