Capdella is an unspoiled, charming village 30 minutes drive west of the airport, lying in the foothills of the western mountain range of Majorca. There are good restaurants in the vicinity and lovely swimming and walking. For the more athletic, there are excellent tennis courts and golf courses close by, plus sailing, diving and water-skiing facilities from Portals Nous, Palma Nova and Andraitx. Entertainment: audio tape player, radio, stereo system Outside: garden, parking, swimming pool, 8 garden chairs Suitability: children welcome, pets not allowed, unsuitable for elderly or infirm, wheelchair inaccessible Local Activities: cycling, golf, horse riding, sailing, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing. Notes: There are four terraces. All bedrooms lead out onto terraces. Unsuitable for children under 4 because of the open plan spiral staircase. |

Peaceful, comfortable and spacious villa with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a spectacular sea views. The villa was built to a high specification by the present owner, an interior designer, for her own use. It is situated in a sensational position on a hillside overlooking almond orchards and down a valley to the sea. There are four terraces with all the rooms leading off. The shared pool is 2/3 minutes walk from the villa. It is lovely and well maintained with a beautiful view down to the village of Capdella, which is a 10 minute walk away. There is wonderful swimming off the beaches or rocks, the closest being a 6km drive from the villa. |

Prices for 2 people - additional adult +25$/20? per day, kids 3-14 years old +15$/10? per day, babies 20$/? once for cot. - During children school holiday a supplement of 20% is applied for one week stay, and only 10% for 2 weeks stay. Home setup & final cleaning = 1 extra day cost. |
